Check with your phone company. I am able to block calls by dialing *60 wait for message and then #number# It will repeat the number back to me and then I hang up. Try that. Or whatever your company uses to block calls.
They asked for a donation to cancer survivors and they passed the phone call to someone else to verify that the money would be sent. I'm not sending any money until I verify they are legit. They said I had donated before to them and that's not true already.
