This number Caller ID is spoofed.
A North American phone number can't have a 1 or 0 as the first digit after the Area Code.
The Exchange Code aka Office Code is the three digits after the Area Code.
Here is the allowable format for a phone number in North America:

So any number that is formatted outside of the allowable numbering range is fake.
The scammers are using the 202 Area Code because that is Washington DC's code, so it makes it seem like the call is a real government phone call.
Called the office over the weekend and didn't leave a message. Caller ID just said "Name Unavailable." Now I know if they call back, we will not take the phone call.
fake windows scam, told her I work for the D. A. office, she didn't care. She feels safe in India and then I told her that on of her fellow scammers was arrested in the Bahamas and will spend the next 40 years in prison then I hung up.
Scam regarding your computer. Heavy accent and always call after 9 pm. Told him to stop calling and take me off his list or else I was going to report him and hung up on him. Caller ID said "name not found."
