Just received a phone call from this number. There was noise and a tv on in background and someone saying "oooooo" so hung up. Very strange. Reminded me of a pycho that was bothering me a few years back.
I just got a call from this number. I could not understand what the lady said due to her heavy accent. I sounded like a scam, I heard something along the lines of me getting Federal grant for 5000.00
Just got this phone called a few moments ago, immediately searched the number and found the results I needed. Thanks to anyone and everyone who commented and to leave their experience, now I know to not waste my time with this low life scam artist. Stay safe out there everyone and please trust your instincts.

I got a $9000 grant. But I couldn't use it for gambling, drugs or drinking. I said I live in Las Vegas and gambling was legal but she didn't have that on her script. She needed a bank acount of credit card. When i said just send me a check she hung up.
