I have been receiving numerous calls a day from this number yesterday I answered and I asked they guy what he wanted and he started talking really dirty to me telling me he loved me and wanted to kiss me I told him that I reported the number to the police and he continued with the same talk and then called me back 2 more times last night and now he just called again from the same number I didn't answer.

I have received numerous calls from this number. When I asked the Asian speaking girl who her employer was she did not know what to say. She said this is "Lilly". I asked about 3 times who she worked for.
I recieved a call from 202-235-6743 on october 24th 2016 i do not know who it is i suspect it is a scammer of course i had my phone company time warner put a block on these crooks they dont stop this number is from the district of columbia it is insane i do not know anyone in columbia this is crazy when is the law going to stop these a=holes from annoying people i got a block i have the last laugh now f--k them they can call till they drop dead i am done bye bye say hello to my new friend my block ha ha ha ha.
Umm... Hey there "Einstein"! Just for your enlightenment, the District of Columbia is where the capitol city of your country is located. As in...Washington, DC!
School is a good thing. Try it sometime. You might learn some useful things like how to write coherent sentences, punctuation, geography & the ability to communicate without vulgarities.
