Threatening that I need to call back immediately. Very heavy accent can't understand much. Says if I don't call or my lawyer they will take action against me.
A guy claimed to be an IRS investigator with heavy accent (Vietnamese). Can't event finished a complete sentence! He said his name was officer David William, and this was critical a matter, and if I did not call him back he will.....(can't understand what he's saying). IRS doesn't function this way.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
This caller sounds like from India called me could hardly understand what he was saying but said I owed money and my house was under investigation for fraud due to taxes. I hung up on him when I heard this knowing it was a scam. Now he kept calling for another 20 min straight until I finally was able to pick up and block him. How does he keep this number and no one can find him?
I'm not sure how they can't be found. Most numbers are spoofed, that is a fake non existing number, but this has an actual call back number. They should be able to be found. They have to be using some call forwarding or transfer from 202 area code
