this number is suposto be a grant line from the federal bank in NY, receive 10 thousand dollars to spend any way i want but with cost of 195.00 at time of transaction, the people are either chineese or some other nationality could not understand complete conversation but put a halt to the conversatiion once they said i needed to give them money to recieve money
