Just recieved a call saying the IRS was coming after me for fraud from 2008 - 2013. They called me by name and said I needed to pay $1800 or there was going to be police officers at my door to arrest me as soon as I hang up. They were also going to seize my house and car if I didn't pay. They did not want me to call a lawyer just wanted me to pay it right now. Told them to have the police arrest me that I wasn;'t going to pay it over the phone. MAJOR SCAM..... don't pay them.
A Message left on 02/09/15, and again on 02/13/15 both saying:
Hello my name is Victor Wallace (heavy accent from India) with the tax audit department of Internal Revenue Service. This call is to notify you of a Lawsuit against you from IRS, if you don't want to proceed with legal action in the courthouse call 202-239-5693. Thank you and Goodbye.
There is a lot of background noise like a call center.
