Received a call from this number also from officer David with threat of arrest. When I called back no one answered. Don't be fooled by this none sense. Police don't act in this manner.
I just received call from this number also... same heavy handed, indian accent, threatened to arrest me at my home or place of work... same as above ... i got angry w them.. told them to send me a certified document indicating the charges... told them that I had no idea what they were talking about, never heard of the company they claimed i embezzled money from.... i said.. and you threaten to arrest me.... they hung up on me....
I too have received a call from Police officer David from several numbers do not give info to these people hang up go to your phone provider and block the number right away. So far I have blocked 8 phone numbers from these people originating in different states. It is a hassle but it stops them from calling using that number I have also reported them to the FTC. This is the only thing you can do it seems.
I got a call sometime today from a person saying he was from FC Bank his name was Johnson was not a America by his voice. He then said I was being foreclosed on my house. He gave my Name, Address & Zip Code. From the same Phone Number Above. Told me to call him back as soon as possible before they start Lawsuit & foreclose. Then said Good Luck. Before he hung up I heard a person in the back ground say time out. I think that he was being timed on his call by the sound of it. I called the Company with my Loan said I was ok NO Foreclose on me.
I am the president of PLM Lender Services, Inc., a loan servicing company located in California. A "David Johnson" called one of our borrowers and knew about her loan and an existing forbearance agreement. He said he was with PLM and that she had to send money. She did and then realized it was a scam. She has reported it to the police. We will be reporting to the correct officials when we can figure out who would be best to call.
