This person called and had a bad connection. Told them to call back and they said they couldn't. I insisted. So another indian man then called trying to find out personal asset value and confirm residency. They said they were officers with the IRS. They supplied a badge number and a callback number. Because I would not share any information, the man said wait 30 minutes and they would track me down and arrest me. Probably the funniest and worst set of scammers I have ever had call me. What a bad setup they operate. They also had even another caller try me using a number with a local area code. That number was 972-239-9139 and again provided them with no information.
There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.
