I just got the same email. Good luck to them, I am in bankruptcy and everyone, and I mean everyone I ever owed money to is listed in that BK.
Kind of a good thing they put it in an email, bcuz now my attorney has something he can actually use and he will go after these a_______es and win. They just shot themselves in the foot by emailing me and threatening me with legal action.

Got a call from some lunatic claiming he was with the IRS and I was going to jail. Got my cell by calling my home and threatening my 11 year old son. What a piece of Sh@t. Please share any info you have as i will be filing a report with the police.
