Called me claiming that i was randomly selected by the government grant of $8400. Gave me another number to call 202-470-3883. Told me to ask for the finance officer named Harry Gibson who would verify all my info and get that money to me right away. He gives me the same spill as the previous person and said all i needed to do was provide my ccd number and once i paid $200 for wire transfer fees and other taxes i would have my grant funds within 30-40 minutes. These people were so unprofessional. Terrible phone etiquette. Kept saying "like" and "um" and every question i asked, i never got a real clear answer to it. Maybe that because i couldn't understand much of what they were saying due to their extremely thick Indian accents. I have experienced this [***] so much that now i always ask "so at what point are you going to ask for money or my ccd number?". Please beware everyone.
