I also received a call from that number he had a Spanish accent he said we did some fraud and police will arrest us, though he didn't ask for any information. Did he also say the same to you all?
I got a call from a person with Latino accent claiming to be an IRS criminal investigation agent (badge# 619752). He threatened me with arrest and said that IRS has issued an investigation against me and I will be deported. I would like to mention one very important point here, when you dial 201-241-0333 it appears that you are calling the IRS taxpayer advocate helpline but when you select 1 or 2 as the option, the line gets disconnected. Please share your experiences with this number if you have been targeted as well.
