This person called my elderly neighbor man who is hard of hearing claiming they were from the IRS and that he was in trouble and they had a litigation against his social security number. Of course the person had a foreign accent. and said he hoped he would return his call or else he wished him good luck. Why can't these people get caught. I have reported this to all the different legal departments. An elderly person is going to pick up their phone and they are going to become scared and pay these people when they have no reason to.
