Scam attempt. Block their number and don't worry about it. If you had committed a crime and were going to be arrested, you wouldn't get a call about it - the cops would just show up.
They just called my cell phone and said they were the crime financial something and said if i don't call them back then the cops will show up in about 3 hours to arrest me. All they say is there is a case filed with my name and social security number and they don't say what it is for or anything elsethis is a scam so don't fall for it. I kept their phone number and i plan on turning it over to the authorities.
I kept the voice mail they sent so it can be heard by the authorities also.
They did the same to me. I'm told it is a scam that has been going on a long time. Did anyone show up at your door ? This is kinda scary they have access to all our info.
