•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
Said she was Officer Jessica Roland from the IRS and that I or my attorney better call back, if I didn't then the only thing she could say was good luck - this message is for you and you better call back...... blah, blah, blah very heavy Indian accent. When I tried to call back the number it's a magic jack #
Very harassing, threatening phone call from "Officer Jessica Roland" from the IRS, stating I had better call back immediately or have my attorney call, if I didn't then the only thing she could say is good luck. When I tried to call the number back, it's a magic jack # .... very highly doubt that the IRS uses magic jack and I know for a fact that I have no issues with the IRS.
