Got the same call today. The guy sounded African to me being I have both Indian and African friends,

Given that this IRS scammers speak Urdu and Punjabi when you insult them enough, chances are they are not sitting in Africa.

- they  do  call  from  several  countries...........

These calls are not coming from the IRS or anywhere else in the US government.
