I got call from the same number, 202 241 4130. The guy calling had an accent and called himself "Kevin Black" and that he is from the "Federal Department of Crime Investigation Office". He ask me what form I usually use to file with IRS. Then told me you will be arrested within one hour. He kept threatening that I will be arrested.

Guy with an asian accent - said his name is Mike calling from some federal investigation bureau. Requesting personal information failing which threating with consequences such as an arrest, etc. The stupid guy can't even speak proper English. Same guy used to call a couple of months ago from a California number alleging to be an IRS investigator.
I just retrieved a message from my answering machine from a guy with a heavy middle eastern accent. It came from the same number shown here 202-241-4103. Couldn't really understand most of his message but he said something about needing my physical address and "other" information and that his call relates to the "criminal investigation" I'm involved in. WHAT??? These people need to get a life and find a real job.
I got the same thing on my answering machine today. Some guy with a heavy accent and an American-sounding name talking about criminal investigation of some sort but I couldn't even make out what he was saying. This *must* be some sort of scam or phishing expedition. No way am I calling the number back.
