Got a message from said James Miller with a thick Indian accent from 202-241-5147. The message stating something about a tax allegation and that I better call back before a federal claim is filed or I get arrested. Idiots.
I just got a call too and same story as everyone elses. Never did tell me what it was regarding but told me the cops would be at my house in 2 hours. I got a call yesterday from a 213 area code that told me I owed IRS $1145.95 and cops would be at my house in 45 min. Who do we file this with? Since this DC number called me 8 times in 30 minutes, I would love to turn the tables and file a suit for harrassment. Anyone know who I file this with?
Keep getting calls from this number from "Office Kevin Nash", but it is always a different person using the same name and always a heavy foreign accent. They want payments sent using a Green Dot card and won't specify which loan company they represent. I believe this is a scam based on previous payday loans that have my personal information on file.
i received a call today from a "James Miller" with a thick middle eastern accent. Very hard to understand and also the line got disconnected and he called me back asking me why i hung up on him...I did not do the hanging up though i should have and not answered when he called back He said he was calling about a complaint that was filed and he works for the IRS badge id 459865400 and to got to www.fdc.gov. (I cant bring up the website so i believe it to be bogus) said he is calling from the IRS in DC and his number 202-241-5147 x147 - he wanted to transfer me to one of his superior but i told him i did not have time for this didnt give him any information...this guy was exteremly rude and sounded angry
