I received a phone call from DEA Agent William Wright (202) 241-5693! NOT!
Stated that I had a warrant. I was pretty scared ....... I swear I almost pooped my pants. Was so scared for something I have never done! I filled a complaint as well.
DONT ITS A SCAM...they use different numbers and and names, ....I received a call from a Mr. Wright posing as a DEA agent from Washinton DC using this number 202-241-5693 saying a warrant would be taken out for my arrest due to diet pill purchase online BUT if i pay a penalty of 1850.00 and there would be nothing on my record .I told him i wasnt paying anything and told him arrest me and hung up... I called and reported him at 877-792-2873.
Got same call. Suspected [***] so I didnt take him too seriously since I got a call VERY similar to this a year or so ago too.At that time I called the DEA directly and they told me it was a scam... I told him I was recording the call and would be reporting him and he wimped out pretty fast after that.
