I believe he possibly also goes by the names NATHAN SMITH, NATE SMITH, STEVEN NOBLES, KEITH NOBLES, TARSHELLE JANET GIBSON, MARK SIMITH, GEORGE SMITH, NATHAN GEORGE SMITH. I got the same call from so called agent Rice! I hung up, because I don't know anything about drugs from overseas, and he called right back, saying I was due in court on Dec. 15! I freaked out, and then Googled the number. THANK GOD!!!! What a complete &*^%$$#D#! I'm a stay at home mom with small children, scared out of my mind by this. I reported the number to the FTC, but I don't know if it will do any good.
I got a call today from Special Agent William Rice threatening me with jail for ordering drugs over the Internet. When I told him I had no idea what he was talking about, He told me I could plead no contest and pay a fine. When I told him I would have my brother call him (who is an attorney) we were conveniently disconnected!
Had the same message on my answering machine for my wife from "Jason Hill" on 12/1/2010.
Obviously after seeing this site I won't be calling him back.

Don't know if it will do any good, but it took less than 10 minutes.
They are using MagicJack to extort People. I called the President of MagicJack and told him what their customer was doing and got a call back from one of their customer reps who was very concerned about being dragged into a Federal investigation. I also called the DEA and gave them Magic Jack's number so they could issue a subpoena as Magic Jack knows who opened the account. I suggest everyone who has gotten calls contact MagicJack's CEO at
