i sent money to someone through WU, now i am being told that my package is in customs in oklahoma and that to get it out i have to wire them through wu 1600.00 or else they are going to call the police. what?
So I received a call from David Wallace and Peter Johnson claiming to be from the DEA. Fortunately, I work for a company that makes an investigation product for police and federal investigators. He demanded $1683 or else my case would move forward. I told him I never bought prescription drugs via the internet and if they have a confiscated package of illegal antibiotics how come the charge never appeared on my credit card. I kept asking questions and he got frustrated and said I will call you back. Called back a second time and said pay up by going to my local CVS pharmacy moneygram to pay. Told him I met with my local police who called the DEA and gave them his case number. I said they gave me a better deal so I am fine now. He yells at me saying they do not have jurisdiction over this and I have to pay the fine or get a criminal record. i said to him but They really gave me a better deal so they are tracing this call now. Funny the guy hung up never called back. Had a lot of fun playing with them.
Yes. I got the same call from first Peter Johnson, then David Wallace. Amazing that they have the same voice! I called DEA in Washington. They said to ignore it. The Feds don't use Moneygram!
