I received a phone call 2 months ago from supposedly the county court office saying they were looking for me to serve me papers about a lawsuit. I then called the number they gave me and they had all my info saying i owe over $11,000.00 dollars. I FREAKED out!. Now i received an email about the same thing saying ill be prosecuted for money laundering. From Money green advance. I've never ever done such a thing and never would. How are they getting all my info?

Google your name & number, any place such as Spokeo that shows up, make them remove your info! Also see here, there are many way's, from hacked information:

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

I keep getting a phone call and emails from a (James Floris ) but when i call the number (214)613-8090 (Johnny Marshall) i ask to talk to (James Floris) he tells me he is busy that if i do not pay (1,150.56)he will send a police officer to my work place he sounds like he is from India  or Pakistan but i asked for the address he said in Dallas i told him i would like to take a trip there he hung up im not sure if it real i will not give out my info he has my soical and address

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
