No name given, but message left reportedly from the Legal Affairs of the U.S. Dept of Treasury asking for a call back "holding up" their paperwork for Social Security fraud. Said they would have legal authority contact me.
Voicemail left no name, she sounded foreign, said she was from Legal affairs of the US Dept of Treasury IRS and that I should call back right away. I was informed that I shouldn't ignore this call and that if I wasn't going to call back, that my attorney should call instead. If i don't return their call, they would contact the "local authorities"
I'm pretty sure this is scam as the US Dept of Treasury doesn't make phone calls. Rather, they correspond by mail. From the IRS website: "Note that the IRS will never: 1) call to demand immediate payment, nor will the agency call about taxes owed without first having mailed you a bill; 2) demand that you pay taxes without giving you the opportunity to question or appeal the amount they say you owe; 3) require you to use a specific payment method for your taxes, such as a prepaid debit card; 4) ask for credit or debit card numbers over the phone; or 5) threaten to bring in local police or other law-enforcement groups to have you arrested for not paying."

I returned the call, becauuse I could not understand the message . I spoke with a michael black nuuumber 7796. They threatened tosend the police to my door immediately.
