Who called from 2022417096

I received this call on Oct 7 2014 at 11:16 AM EST. They claimed to be IRS. Same deal, an Indian woman spoke in the beginning. They ask questions that seems to follow a pattern on some flowchart. Every time you answer yes or provide them details, they will use that information against you. Mine was about sending money overseas, with some 4% BS that IRS needs to know. They requested to pay USD$1918. Obviously they threaten to refer my case IR89087 to the police if I do not resolve this issue. Most importantly they use phrases, in such that if you put down the phone, the cops will be coming in the next 30 minutes, since they can get a warrant of arrest, etc, in that time frame. I hung on to the phone a little longer, and eventually it was deferred to man. He also had some weird accent, he was very rude during my session with him. Since at that time no searches came up for this number from "Washington", I eventually decipher that the call was bogus, and started yelling back at the rude [***] and slammed down the phone. They attempted to call back, but I blocked that number for good. The US government should bomb these scum from the surface of the planet. Here, we good souls are trying to make a decent living, but we have to deal with these scum.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
