Just got a phone call from these guy. Same as everyone else, a gentleman with a strong accent claimed to be from a legal firm. Got very belligerent with mw, when I tried to argue with him.
I immediately came in, looked up this number, and have just reported it to the FBI.

i got several phone calls today with the same messages what these idiots don't know is pay day loans are illegal in the state of arizona how couls i possibly get a payday loan. the guy said his name was mr.fernandes but yet had a asian accent an could barely speak english he called from 202-241-8274 when i questioned them they hung up on me several times, many people would get scared and pay them money this is what there trying to do. DON"T BE SCARED BY THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I keep getting a phone call from this number stating there has been a frad case filed against my social security number and they have the last four of my social which is very scary.
I recieved similiar calls stating "Do not disregard this message...". The claim to have my SS# and I can be arrested, Come to find that other co-workers at my job site has gooten the same calls. Thsi is scary. No one should send any money to these Indian folks.
