Voice recording claiming to be IRS agent. Requesting call to be returned.  Warning of severe penalties.

Called with profanity and was the rudest person ever

Called requesting lawyers name and phone number. I hung up and received a second call within seconds stating there was an action against me. I said "no there wasn't" and hung up

I got the samae cal and when I advised him that I was a lawyer he hung up

I just got same call and when I asked to speak with an American, they disconnected the call.
