Who called from 2022419006

A different number this time. And a different name of the "IRS agent" - Andrew Butcher. I couldn't detect an accent. Maybe they are taking speaking lessons now?

I got a call from this number. His name is Arnold. He said he is an IRS agent.  I couldn't detect an accent, may be calling from Russia. He said I need to pay amount to IRS and pay within next 45 minutes using Walmart or Alberson cards.
I told him on his face 'YOU ARE FAKE IRS GUY' and disconnected the line.

Called saying they are from "audit department of IRS". wanted to confirm address. I said IRS does not call people like that. he said we already sent a couple mails to you earlier. I said "stop this scam" and hung up the phone on him. he did not call back.
