same number just called me, I didn't answer it and they left no message

Answered the call. Heard voices spouting other phone numbers in the background but no one on the line responded to my answering the call.

Just got this call from this number on my cell. I did not answer and no message was left. Caller ID: Washington, DC. Scammer?

It's a scam. They're trying to get your bank account information so they can deposit $7000.00 I told them to send a check and they said no they need my bank account or debit card info. It's a scam.
