Received a call from someone by the name of Bob with a thick middle eastern accent. Bob claimed he was calling from U.S. Department of Health Services & I qualify for a free grant for $158,500.00. I simply said I was not intrested in any grant & he why. I repeated that I was not interested & at that time he said why do I have to be a lazy [***] & hung up.
Getting calls from this number and many others with just a single number difference from the Washington, DC area. I block the number and just get a call from other numbers all over the US. Including local..I am SOOOOO OVER these Spam or Scam calls!!! I don't answer 99% of these calls. Others I answer who is this! Or take my name off the call list.
Called first time, after about five seconds of silence he hung up. Twenty minutes later he called and left a four minute message on my voice mail. The only sound I heard was a bunch of people talking in the background.
I have gotten more than one call from this person about a grant that I won. He called me by name and claimed that it is not a scam. I hung up after he said that. The man had an Indian accent.
