I called back and got 'this is not a working number'

called the number back and was told my call couldnt be completed as dialed and to check the number and try the call again

THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT I WAS ACCEPTED FOR 9000K IN GRANT MONEY BUT HE NEEDED MY BANK INFO?  OR A PREPAID CARD?? OH NO!

Called me said I qualified for 9k grant loan. Told him I didn't believe him. He said if you don't believe me you can hang up the phone. I did. Busy signal when I called back. Boy could not speak english. Call originated from District of Columbia.
