I just received the same call from someone who could barely speak English. She said she was calling from Federal Government and I was selected to receive a $9,000 grant from government and I wouldn't have to pay it back. Being very suspicious since I NEVER qualify for anything free from the government, I was going to listen and get as much info as possible for reporting it to FBI. When she began telling me how I was selected, the call was disconnected.
