Who called from 2023048762

Caller ID says wireless caller - leaves message on answering machine that the IRS is suing me.

Got a call on my cell phone from 202-304-8762 - Said from Washington DC.  First time, no message left.  Second time, a mechanical female recording said I was being sued and that I should immediately call them back.  I then blocked that number on my landline phone.
