Beware searching for rental houses on Craigslist. Scammer is wanting you to send all of your information concerning renting a hm which is all of your personal information. This person goes by the name Lesha M Crim.
This guy went by the name of Bo Vongsakoun. He offered to rent a house to me and my family but couldn't show me the inside because "he was out on mission work and his wife had cancer" and he "needed someone he could work with." I verified the real property manager through Zillow and sure enough, it wasn't him. Don't let this p.o.s. steal your hard earned money.
This is a SCAM ARTIST. They tried to rent me a house that didn't belong to them. Said he was "away taking care of his friend with cancer" and couldn't show the house, but to LOOK IN THE WINDOWS!! I called him out on it, and he did not take that well. He went by the name of Neil P Nystrom. He is on quite a few rental websites with this same phone number, but different names.
+1 to all of the above. I was contacted by "Karen J Steck". Same deal as the person just above me. She wasn't available because she caring for friend with "CANCER" (emphasis hers), but wanted me to go "check it out yourself, check the surroundings, neighborhood and look through the windows."
