This guy went by the name of Bo Vongsakoun. He offered to rent a house to me and my family but couldn't show me the inside because "he was out on mission work and his wife had cancer" and he "needed someone he could work with." I verified the real property manager through Zillow and sure enough, it wasn't him. Don't let this p.o.s. steal your hard earned money.
Amen to all the above. Went by John P Walker and tried to give a lot of personal info about himself. He also posted another number, 307.222.9788. No offense to those who are from other countries, but he did not sound like a John Walker from South Carolina.
He is also going by the name Michael S. Ransdell. He tried to rent a house to my husband & I in Lexington. Using the same bs about being out of town for work, & living in Washington DC as a robotic programmer. Luckily I don't trust many people & looked up the number he sent us, before he got ahold of any of our money, or any of our socials & what not.
