This number calls 20+times a day.. had one of their cards & lost my job in April. Currently in a debt management program & they declined my program's offer. Sent out a letter stating if I wanted my account put in a debt management program, I had to use theirs.. I'm not doing that crap. They never leave messages. .just call all day long. Not going to change the fact I lost my job due to declining economy & I'm working with a program that I checked out...not their's
CREDIT ONE -Indian reps trying to collect the money but they refuse to send my last statement. Very rude and disrespectful. I had fraud on both my credits cards Capital One handled the situtation on the spot, they not only waived the charges, they also gave credit for everything inlcuding the overfdraft, and send me a new card with no xtra charge.
I had a credit one bank cc with a 500 dollar limit. I used it a couple times to build my credit. but I was paying the full balance off over the course of about 3 months because I was going to use the card for a rental car. Turns out while I was on vacation, my card was temporarily suspended. I called the customer service department and was told that it was becuase I had used 3 different debit cards to pay my bill and it put of a security flag. I had to get my bank to send them a letter certifying that I was the owner of the accounts used. I did them one better and did a phone conference with my bank rep and with Credit One Manager and was able to verify my accounts but they still did not release the suspension because they wanted it in writing. I have spent hours talking to these incompotent people and no change in my account. So I naturally cancelled the card. I am paying the build but am still gettng these calls. Once I get this balance paid off. these calls WILL STOP.
