10 calls a day and no messages strange

They've called here 4 times today.  I give them 5 seconds to say something (I am a receptionist, I have to answer the phone ) If they don't say anything in that time frame, I hang up.  If this in Credit one, they've changed their number, they used to call from 866-364-1639.  That number calls 4 times a day too.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number.  Found out it was Credit One Bank and now they're calling me at work! WTF!

Calling about 2-4 times a day.   No message left.
