I received the "Lawsuit" call. IRS site lists alerts for this call and call like it. The Service also indicates that if such an issue really existed, it would be handled by mail, not phone calls!
Got the call and my Google Voice picked it up because I was unable... Got the whole message in perfect text... Here is the copy.. From April 9th 2016

The number is registered to Mamie Tucker. Only 1 Mamie Tucker found in the white pages in DC - 77 year old. Probably a stolen identity. We also got the recording that we are being sued by the IRS.
