Who called from 2023754654

"Windows technical department."  Scam

I have gotten two calls from202-375-4657 stating they were from WIndows Defender Technical Service and that my computer had been compromised  -  First call came on 02/20/2017 at 11:30 AM Mountain time--Again today 02/24/2017 11:10 AM Mountain time I got another call.
It stops when he states the fact of Windows Defender as I am using WIndows 7 and have Microsoft Essentials.

The caller has repeatedly called but has hung up as the phone is being answered.

Yes, i get the same calls over and over, when i tell them it is a scam, they hangup on me.
