This is a place of business that they have called and left the message that the irs is filing suite against. It is a scam. Irs sends letters they don't call you on the phone or send emails
Callers are located in India and Pakistan. They are beyond the reach of US law. A few scammers have been arrested in the US. Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.
