repeated robo calls from "irs" saying a lawsuit is being placed against me

Caller left message stating IRS is filing suit against me.  Poor quality message, female, difficult to understand because of the poor quality.

Claimed to be Internal Revenue Services not the Internal Revenue Service and my caller ID showed that the call came from a wireless caller. This is the ninth call I've received from three different numbers advising me that the Internal Revenue Services was about to file a suit against me.  The third call always claims that "this is the final call".  Well it turns out that it is from that particular number but they just call back on another number.  Wouldn't it be nice if you could push a button on your phone and send an electric shock into the ear of these scammers? :)

Still getting these recorded message on Our voice mail from 202.394.0353. The recorded message states, "This is a call from the I.R.S., We are filing a law suite abainst You. Please call 202.394.0353"
This is a scam. We called the number only to find out its not a valid number. SCAM SCAM. Send them no money. SCAM SCAM!!!
