Received a call from 202-754-9738 to my cell phone. Caller ID displayed phone number and Washington DC. I love close to DC, but I didn't answer and no message was left.

202-754-9738 called me twice back to back. Placed on call block.

Another number used by the cruise-to-the-Bahamas scam.

Call from this number today. A very realistic-sounding pre-screen robot: "Hi, This is Todd. We're looking for homeowners who are interested in getting a free security system. Would you like a free security system?" When I said "No," the call disconnected without any further comment by robots or humans.
