Got a call from this number with a recording stating I needed to call back because the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. The last time I checked everything is mailed to you and seeing how I got money back I can't see how I would have a lawsuit against me.

I just received that same call, ive owed taxes for years now and my ducks are in a row, they've been paid for the prior yeat and i know that they mail EVERYTHING. This call doesn't make sense.
I too have received 2 calls from this exact number ststing the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. It scared me at first cuz I've never had problems before.
