Got a phone call from a KEVIN HUTCHINSON stating he was an investigator. He said a report hit his desk about a week ago and I need to call him regarding a fraud allegation immediately or else he would have to issue a warrant for my arrest. He left his number 202-400-3881...I called it back and a machine picked up and said: You have reached CAPITAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION...I left a message. This seems to be a scam or fraud...because first I have not done any such thing..two he did not state where he is. Lets see what the military investigators can find out for me!!!
there is no such bureau as the capital bureau of investigation, make them tell you what the state name is or federal bureau. These are scammers and they cannot do anything. Remember people legal matters have to involve a written form of communication not telephone calls. Make them send you something in writing. Examples; certified mail, not email notification! Play is smart!!!! They prey on those that are ignorant to the laws!!!
Also just got the same call, same Detective Hutchinson, same deal - check fraud. But his return number was 202-417-2119. Machine answers and says something about Investigation Department or something. You think this guy would be smart enough to use a different name . . .
