Said to  call immediately that they were suing me

Did the same to me.  It's a scam.

Just happened to me as well. I didn't answer but got a voicemail from a recorded voice saying the irs was suing me. I kinda laughed. Go for it! I'm a full time student. There isn't much to take.

Scam said IRS sued me. Nope
