called and did not respond when I picked up and said hello.

Heavy accent. Calls over 30 times a day to our business for made up names. Repeatedly told to stop. When questioned gives bogus return phone numbers.ie. (931)648-5600 ; (610)878-4000. Changes their name each call. ie Dr. Rogers, Dodo, Sam Smith. Says from a different thing every time. ie UPS,U.S. Post office.
