It went from harassment, to the pleasant sounding recorded message, to now they call, let it ring twice and hang up. Again, this is a form of harassment. My loans are current. I also am getting the Homestead, Florida calls. Again, these people should be imprisoned. The Do Not Call list is a total, complete joke.
They are a student load debt assistance organization. They claim that a federal loan you have is in trouble and could go to collectors. They did not know my loan account number so I for some reason forgot my loan account number and could not give it to them. I asked to speak to someone who could tell me what specific loan they were discussing and the individual claimed that I was not wanting to do anything about my school loan debt and that they were going to move on to the next case. Sounds fishy!
This is supposedly an organization that has been started by our wonderful President Obama. They claim to be able to assist in lowering the monthly payment costs based on income and income only.

Kept getting calls from this number and 760-542-6216. Claim to be student loan relief program. Finally got frustrated enough to block both of them when the 202 number called me 4 times in a row between 2:30 and 3:30 today. Call your service provider and have the numbers blocked, it's the only way to stop them from calling you. Of course, they'll probably just call from a different number now...
