This number called me as well. At first I did not know. Until they said they transferred me to the financial manager that gives the money out, they had the exact voice. That's when I knew it was a scam.
I received the same info as the above.I can tell you, If you've gotten this far and they haven't taken your money ,then your lucky.There should be an organization to bust these idiot's but there is not.. The best you can do is tell your friends to track a suspicious number and hopefully these remarks will help you decide what action to take.Have a great day 30 Apr 14

Yesterday I got a call from an unknown number and when I picked it up, he knew my name and everything, he said that I just got $9000 so I tod him to wire it to western union. He was telling me that I have to be in the store so he could tell me what to write, and then he said that I could just use my credit card. Then I knew it was a scam and told him to keep that government grant and stuff it so far that he would be crying money.
