I accidentally joined a Facebook group for Young Republicans of McHenry County. Since I did it, they SPAM MY PHONE every day. I quit the group. I threatened a lawsuit. BUT THEY KEEP CALLING.
Got a call from D.C. when i answered nothing happened. I called the number back and it asked if i would like to be removed from the calling list... i just hung up. so far been unable to find anything on this.
Receive call, recorded message saying only business and "listed" numbers called; nobody on receiving end; call back number, same message with option to stop future calls by pressing 1; pressed one....same message. This company (unknown) is violating FTC rules. I filed complaint with FTC, So should you.
I got a call from this company a few days ago and was offered the option to press 1 to talk to someone to help me get out from under debt of $10,000 or more. I was offered to press 2 to be removed from the list. I pressed 2 at that time to be removed. Today 10-26, was called again with same options. I pressed 1 and when a woman answered I asked for the name of the company and she immediately hung up.
