Have been receiving calls from this number on our cell for about two weeks now.
We are located in Kingston Ontario Canada and our cell provider is Rogers
i'm on telus, got this call at 9.45 this morning. looked it up on whitepages.ca. gave me an exact location of the origin of the call. anyone want to go there and kick some [***]?

I also received a call from them and answered it. I do not fall for the scams but wanted some more information. I spoke with a representative that says they work for Visa and Mastercard to lower the interest rates but only if you have debt greater than $5000 on your card. I asked how they got my telephone number and they said it was a service through the two credit cards which randomly select people to offer this service to. I asked if he had my credit card number then and he said no. I said well then good, and ended the conversation. I noticed a few people mentioning rogers accounts. I am with rogers but this time it's surprisingly not them! Have a good one :)
