I received calls from this number and I finally answered and they advised that I had been chosen to receive a 9000 grant for my area in Texas that I didn't have to pay back, I proceeded to advise him this is a scam and get off my phone he then began to use vulgar language and making moaning noises, I hung up. This was a few months ago now the calls have started again today but I have not answered.
This number has repeatedly called my girlfriend and told her she has won $7100 in grant money. The person was asking if she was married and if she would be his girlfriend. The fourth time they called I asked my gf to give me the phone and I told them if they didn't stop harassing my gf I would report them to the FBI. He argued with me about it for a while saying they don't that here.
They have called me 5 times today. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. It's pretty much every hour at this point and I'm not happy about it!
